W2 Reunion

It is forecast that around 100+ personnel will be attending, including veterans, wives/partners/friends etc. Attendees will be distinguished by a large tag on a lanyard provided as part of the Reunion Registration Pack.

Subject to change the general outline is as follows:

Friday 18 Feb

1300. Registration, meet and greet at Club Metro. As personnel arrive they will be greeted and registered at the Club Metro Reception area by a reunion staff member and issued with a name tag, itinerary and directed to the allocated reunion area.

Drinks at Club Metro from 1600. Bar snacks provided. Meals available (own cost).

Saturday 19 Feb

Buffet breakfast at Club Metro from 0730.

Briefing for Formal Dinner.

Own time for remainder of day.

Sunday 20 Feb

Buffet breakfast at Club Metro from 0730.

Briefing for Remembrance Parade.
